The writer in doing research used two methods of field research data&#xD; collection which were interview and questionnaire and also research library. The&#xD; writer gave questionnaire to 45 respondents by using saturated sample from the&#xD; analysis of data. Data obtained from the questionnaire and results were processed&#xD; using SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solution) 20.0 version for windows.&#xD; The welfare&#x2019;s influence of employees that was influential strongly and significant&#xD; was about 43%. Instead, the rest of that was about 57% influenced by other&#xD; variables. From partial tested (t), the writer obtained the result of variable that&#xD; affected strong which was facility variable that was about 49,6%.
