KANTOR WILAYAH III PALEMBANG</title><creator>JASHINTA, RENNY</creator><subject>HB Economic Theory</subject><description>This research was conducted to determine the influence of employee’s welfare
against their performance and also in order to know the employee’s welfare that
affects on their performance in PT Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office III
Palembang. The writer in doing research used two methods of field research data
collection which were interview and questionnaire and also research library. The
writer gave questionnaire to 45 respondents by using saturated sample from the
analysis of data. Data obtained from the questionnaire and results were processed
using SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solution) 20.0 version for windows.
The welfare’s influence of employees that was influential strongly and significant
was about 43%. Instead, the rest of that was about 57% influenced by other
variables. From partial tested (t), the writer obtained the result of variable that
affected strong which was facility variable that was about 49,6%. Because of the
facility that was good, compleete and suitable for their needs so that it would help
them to increase their performance.
