- The development of science and technology very rapidly today, had an impact on all activities undertaken by the organization and require the records in the form of archives. Archive is the central memory for each activity within an organization. BPKP is a goverment institute non-department and this address at Jalan Bank Raya No. 2 Demang Lebar Daun Palembang. The title of this final report is design an electronic filing system in administration division. The purpose of this final report is how to design an electronic filing system in administration division. In order to get accurate information, the writer uses several methods including field research such as observations and interviews and also library research. Based on the data that the writer get, archival systems in the administration division are still using manual filing system and have less an archive tools. So, it can be concluded is not ready an electronic filing system in administration division. To resolve this problem, the writer give some suggestions for archive filing system in administration division with repair filing system by using elctronic filing system, Canofile For Windows.
