- PT Hevea MK.1 Palembang is one of the company that process the unripe rubber (slab) into dried rubber (blanket). The purpose of this research is to find out how far the implementation of safety and healthy of workers from Production division of PT Hevea MK.1 Palembang and also in order to find out about observation upon the implementation of safety and healthy of workers. Method used to collect data are interviewed and deployed questioners to 63 respondents to production divison. Analyzing data used by description of qualitative and quantitative. Based on the data that was obtained, the author concluded several results from PT Hevea MK. 1 Palembang. First, there was a lack of consience from workers especially about the willingness in wing protector tools because of they did not comfortable in using them. Second, the workers did not realize the importance of protector tools that was given. Third, the workers also did not want to clean up their protector tools. And the last, there was a lack in observation that was done by company caused by the undetail checking upon workers before they get into production area and a lack in controlling as they worked everyday.
