The method used in this report is the analysis of quatitative and qualitative analysis that is the way validitas, reliability, multiple regression test using SPSS for windows. Independent variabel of this report is non material incentives (X) consists of promotion (X1), work ability (X2), verbal praise (X3), attention (X4), and social security (X5), affect of dependent variabel is motivation employee at PT Cemapaka Indah Lestari Jaya, Palembang.
