- The purpose of this research is for knowing how much consumen satisfying degree, knowing the places of indicators that are included into 4 (four) quadrants in cartesius diagram, and variable which get the highest satisfying score from English collegian as the consumen of tissue paseo. This report is made based on variable of product that is consisted of 5 (five) dimension and price that is consisted of 3 dimension. This research is done to 101 respondent who become consumen of tissue paseo. The satisfying degree achieved from both variables is satisfactory with percentage average from 93,88% - 100%. There are two indicators that must be prioritas in increasing its quality, there are 9 (nine) indicators that must be keep its quality, there are 6 (six) indicators from product variable and 1 (one) price variable that are needed to be improve their quality, and none indicators that is though over. Variable product got the highest satistying score especially in dimension of quality perception. Based on the result,the company is hoped to pay attention at indicators that are included into 4 (four) quadrant with different degree of priority and keep the consumen perception that tissue paseo is brand of tissue which relatively has the high quality because this indicator got highest satisfying score from consumens.
