This final report addresses issues concerning the procedure of distribution channels from the manufacturer to the consumer in which are described the procedures that traveled from the manufacturer to the CV Karya Mitra Sukses , from the CV Karya Mitra Sukses to the retailer until the sale to the end consumer. The problems and obstacles that occur in the process of implementing procedures are less goods, delays in delivery of the goods by the manufacturer, the manufacturer's damaged goods, goods received from a manufacturer does not comply with the order, there are no stock items on the CV Karya Mitra Sukses , either send the goods to the retailer, wrong address, and there are retailers who have yet to make the payment. Then discussed also about reparation against barriers such as persuasive efforts by asking the manufacturers of megirimkan goods as quickly as possible so that the blanks in stock can be avoided. The conclusion obtained is essentially in distributing there are procedures carried be it from the manufacturer to the CV Karya Mitra Sukses as well as from CV Karya Mitra Sukses to the retailer that is in compliance with which should in practice although there are issues that arise but the company has made efforts to fix the problem can be corrected.
