- The Purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation training of prospective employees at PT Pusri Palembang. This research used qualitative methods. The data were collected through literature review and interviewing with the employees on the education and training departments at PT Pusri Palembang. The results of the study are the data or document collecting didn’t do running well so they had the diffulties to find out their data on the job training. Then, there is a lack of computer training for perspective employees. Based on the results, the writer gives suggestion. First, the data or document ahould be collected by the adviser directing in each unit when there is a job training. Second, it is better to give computer training for perspective employees to improve their knowledge related to computer technology. Keyword : Training, Prospective Employee, PT Pusri
