  • The purpose of this final report is to determine the role of service quality on student satisfaction parking lot State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. The problem of this research is how to know the student satisfaction towards service quality and which dimensions is most dominant to the student satisfaction of the parking lot. Data obtained from questionnaires given to the user, processed and analyzed qualitatively. And writer use Stratified Random Sampling Technic to determine sample and use Slovin formula to get respondent. The results obtained indicate that the performance provided by the Polytechnic as the provider has met the customer expectation. And then Variable Empathy is the most dominant variable for the student satisfaction State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya parking lot. Keyword : Quality of Service, User Satisfaction
