This research uses the data originating from Indonesia Capital Market Dictionary (ICMD). This research is quantitative associative research. Population of research the Mining Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from (IDX) 2009-2012 with the sample of 20 companies by using purposive sampling method. This research uses multiple regression analysis models. The results of simultaneously testing that Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Return On Equity (ROE) and Return On Assets (ROA) positive and significant impact on Stock Price and partially, Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Return On Equity (ROE) has no effect on Stock Prices while Return On Assets (ROA) positive and significant impact on Stock Prices.
