- The purpose of this final report is to find out the distribution system of refined fuel oil to he pump that applied at PT Pertamina (Persero) UPms II Palembang, especially in the area of distribution in Palembang. The writer found several obstacles during the process of distributing refined fuel oil. The obstacles cause delay of the delivery of refined fuel oil to pump and in the end there is a vacuum supply refined fuel oil. The writer collects data through questionnaires and interviews. The facts were analyzed by the theory of Fajar Laksana (2008). The writer concluded that the distribution system of refined of fuel oil is important in the supply of refined fuel oil at the pump. Therefore, the writer suggest that PT Pertamina (Persero) UPms II Palembang must take into calculated the delivery time and appealed to the pump to make reservation early.
