  • This final report entitled The aplication of working ethics at Customer Service division in supporting branch of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan dan Bangka Belitung Sako Kenten Palembang. This Branch is located in Sako Kenten Palembang. This final report is made to know the aplication of working ethics in that branch. This report is made using interview, library research and questionnaire methods data with Slovin Scale and showed with percentage. The result of this final report will inform us that PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan branch Sako Kenten Palembang still needs improvements to develop the application of their employees working ethics.
