Data used in this study are primary data collected from the questionnaire to 92 responden in the taxpayer the Tax Office (KPP) Madya in Palembang with technique of sampling using insidental sampling. The method of data processing usingmultiple linear regresion method. Regression result found that the variables of service and consultation. significantly influence taxpayer compliance, while the variables is not significant supervision. Variables simultaneously service, consultation and supervision of the account representative (AR) significantly influences the compliance of taxpayers with R Square value by 78,4% Keywords: Performance, Service, Consultation, Supervision and Taxpayer Compliance.
