- The aim of this final report to know the procurement of office machines management in PT KeretaApiIndonesia (Persero) Sub Divre Regional III.1 Kertapati Sumatera Selatan. The data used in this research are obtained using interviews and observation. In the case of procurement of office machines, there’s the planning which observed from the functions of management, then the company do the procurement process in accordance with SOP (StandarOperasionalProsedur). After the procurement process done, then observing of the uses of office machines, the number of jobs, and the frequency which are produced from each machines, whether they are used as the planning of company or not, it turns out the result obtained after the procurement is done it’s not qualify the needs of employees so that it doesn’t happen again need the controlling office machines, it’s to keep the effectiveness and efficiency office machines. Then about the layout of machines placement in human resource and general division which less in layout tables office in human resource and general division.
