- THE INFLUENCE OF INTERNAL CONTROL AGAINST ETHICAL BEHAVIOR FOR PAYROLL AT PT. PPUPUK SRIWIDJAJA PALEMBANG Fatmawati, 2014 (52+ pages) Email: fatmawati9342@gmail.com This research purpose to know about influence internal control against ethical behavior for payroll. This research used quantitative method. Data got from quesioner tabulation result that given to the employess to handle the payroll at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. The sample total that taken are 53 people. The data analysis used single linear regresion helped with SPSS version 20.0. variables that used in this research are internal control (X) as independent variable and ethical behavior for payroll (Y) as dependent variable. The according to parsial, internal control factor that influenced and significant to ethical behavior to payroll. Beside that, internal control can influenced to ethical behavior for payroll 40% and the balance influenced by other factors out of this discussion. Keywords:Internal Control, Ethical Behavior For Payroll
