To make it happen, the authors used the discipline indicator there are regulatory compliance, effective in work, corrective action, truely attendance, and complete the work on time. This data is collected through questionnaire given to employeess. This questionnaire data is analyzed by using interpretation score percentages of each indicator. The result shows that percentage of the compliance indicator to the regulator is 39,28%, Effective indicator in work is 60,71%, Corrective action indikator is 49,99%, Attandance on time indicator is 38,09% and complete work on time is 61,6%. the overall average of the indicators with the score49,93% . Based on the data, all the discipline indicators is not maximal.
