  • The Effect of Size, Age, Leverage and Profitability To Earning Growth In Property and Real Estate Company Listed In Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2010-2013 Ayu Aprilianti, 2014(xiii+60pages) Email: riffba@yahoo.co.id This study aims to identify and analyze, the effect ofsize, age, leverage and profitability which simultaneously and partially to earning growth. The variables used in this study are companysize (X1), Company Age (X2), Debt to Equity Ratio (X3), Operating Income to Total Liabilities (X4), Gross Profit Margin (X5) and Return on Assets (X6) as a variable independent and earning growth (Y) as the dependent variable. The method used is quantitative associative. The data used in this study are panel data, which is a combination of cross section data and time series data taken from annual reports 13 if property & real estate company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the four year period 2010-2013. Sources of data derived from site www.idx.co.id. Data collection method is through documentation. The analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, the classical assumption test, and testof hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that the size of the company (X1), Age Company (X2), Debt to Equity Ratio (X3), Operating Income to Total Liabilities (X4), Gross Profit Margin (X5) and Return on Assets (X6) simultaneously affect the earning growth. Partially, Debt to Equity Ratio (X3), Gross Profit Margin (X5) and Return on Assets (X6) effect to earning growth, while the size of the company (X1), Age Company (X2), Operating Income to Total Liabilities (X4) do not affect to earning growth.
