- The title of this Final Report is "Business Leadership in Improving Employee Discipline at PT SentosaAgri Prima Palembang. The purpose of this report is to know the application of employee employee discipline regulations and efforts in improving employee discipline at PT SentosaAgri Prima Palembang. This data was collected through questionnaires with 93 respondents. Based on the primary data are processed there are 2 indicators that have been applied in the company and 6 indicators that have not been applied in companies and companies have made strict rules and sanctions / penalties to achieve corporate goals and efforts to improve employee work discipline that consists of negative approach such as light disciplinary sanctions, moderate disciplinary sanctions, and severe disciplinary sanctions and positive approaches include giving advice, reducing working hours and employee work schedules, and reducing disciplinary action by imposing sanctions and self-discipline. PT SentosaAgri Prima should improve the system of discipline implementation in accordance with the law on work discipline that has not been applied such as making the trial / discipline of probation period rather than dismissal, executing the training program and retrain, formal orientation with employees on the sly and ask participation in drafting regulations and its application.
