PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumbagsel Sektor Pembangkitan Keramasan Palembang is a company engagedin the field of construction, located at Jl. Abikusno Cokrosuyoso Number 24 Kelurahan Kemang Agung Kertapati Palembang. From on secondary data in the form offinancial statement so btained throughh interviews and documentation, authors found some problems, which is not good management of resources and the use or working capital in the company. In the year 2010-2011 the use of working capital is greater than the source working capital and the 2011-2012 resource working capital greater than its use. Working capital available, it is not use deffectively and efficiently to improve propits. Furt the more, source of working capital are alsoo btainedin effective and not suitable with needs (manyacquisition but use a little) so that resulting in available funds became use less. Te companys quadered an opportunity to maximize propits. Therefore, authors can provide suggestions for progress of the PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumbagsel Sektor Pembangkitan Keramasan Palembang, the company must manage working capitalin order to achieve the maximum profit. Should the sources of working capital acquired companies cheaporac quisition must match the needs and sources of working capital acqured should be used effectively according with the main activities of the company.
