- The Influence Of Total Quality Management To Efficiency Of Quality Cost at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang Indah Tri Kurniasih, 2014 (xv + 41 pages) Indahtrikurniasih@ymail.com This research purpose to know about the influence of total quality management to quality cost efficiency of at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. This research sample is management and employee at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang who works in the department of opration P-III and producing ammonia. Based on that criteria, sample that used for 50 people. Data was collected by giving questionnaire with likert scale. The instrument that used is simple regression analysis, hypotheses test (test-F), and determination coefficient (R2). The result test with determination coefficient (R2) can concluded that R2 is 25,7% and the balanced influenced from other factor. This research result showed that total quality management has the influence to quality cost efficiency with value Fhitung 17,937 > value Ftabel 4,04, with signification level 0,00<α 5%.
