- The purpose of this research is to find the influence of variable ROA, EPS and CR toward DPR. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with criteria (1) Coal Mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. (2) The Company's Coal Mining for which data is complete in accordance with the ratio of data needed and always distribute cash dividends consecutively during the observation period 2009-2012. Based on these criteria earned sample of 8 companies from 21 companies during the observation period of 4 years on the Coal Mining companies. In this study, a tool used to manage data is SPSS 20. These results indicate that the partial of the four variables X, only ROA variables (X1) which influenced to DPR variable (Y), with a significant value of 0,004. Simultaneously variable X influenced to variable Y with significant value of 0,002. Predictive ability of the four variable X to variable Y by 39,9%, as indicated by the R-square, while the remaining 60,1% is influenced by other factors that are not included in this research model.
