- The purpose of this final report is to find out the management and usage of working capital in the company. Data were gained from financial department located at JL. MP.Mangkunegara No.1A Palembang 30127. Data were gathered through observation, interview and study document. The data obtaine are in terms of financial report consist of profit and loss report adnd balance sheet year 2009, 2010, and 2011. After analysed, the author conclude that the management of source ang usage of working capital is not effective and efficient yet because the lack of working capital to the company is slow, it’s mean that company can not manage funds with as well. The author recommend that reducing debt and cash businesses should be tailored to the needs of the company and the company working capital shortfall. Keywords: Source ang Usage of Working Capital
