The results show that LTE is able to provide downlink speeds up to 100Mbps and uplink up to 50Mbps. In increasing the speed of data transmission and coverage of the 4G-LTE network can cause interference especially from within the system. Interference causes from an increase in power on eNodeB. To overcome the interference that occurs is used inner loop power control method. Performance parameters used in this research are PUSCH, SINR, BER, and Throughput. The study was conducted at busy hour, at 18.00 - 22.00 and normal hour at 01.00 - 05.00. Based on the results of research that has been done normal SINR hour is 100%> 0dB, busy hour 73%> 0dB. PUSCH power in normal hour value is 73% ≥ -115 dBm, busy hour 26% ≥ -115dBm. PUSCH Interference normal hour value is 100% ≤ -115dBm, busy hour 100% ≤ -115dBm. Normal hour throughput value is 100%> 2Mbps, busy hour 66%> 2Mbps.
