Electronics Nuclear engineering</subject><description>To know the efficiency of PLTGU generator in PT.PLN (Persero) ceramic generation sector is calculated manually, then the calculation of total loss to get the input power. In the calculation of total losses, gas turbine generators have greater losses than steam turbine generators. From the average calculation result of gas turbine generator losses on 11 April 2017 is the highest total losses of 0.0486 MW. While on the 15th aril 2017 is the highest total losses of 0.02159 MW. While the lowest losses for turbine gas generator is on 13 April 2017 which is 0.04042 MW and the steam turbine generator of the lowest loss on 13 April 2017 is 0.01793 MW. As for the average calculation per day, the highest efficiency of gas turbine generator is on 13 April 2017 which is 99.81% and the lowest efficiency on 11 April 2017 is 99.79%. And for the average calculation per day the highest steam turbine generator efficiency is on April 13, 2017 april which is 99.85% and for the lowest average per day is on 15 April 2017 which is 99.82%. Efficiency and power loss is strongly influenced by the power and load current used.
