- To determine the efficiency of the generator and the power loss at Jakabaring CNG power plant, calculation done manually, Calculation of generator efficiency and power loss is done by collecting data in the form of power and load current used generator. Based on the calculation, the highest efficiency in Jakabaring CNG power plant is obtained when the peak load is 99.80546%. While the lowest efficiency obtained when the highest load of 99.78308%. And the smallest power loss calculation result at peak load is 0.031887 MW and the biggest power loss at peak load is 0.03525 MW. Efficiency and power loss is strongly influenced by the power and load current used. The higher the power and load current the higher the efficiency of the generator and the smaller the loss of power in the generator.
