The data were collected through questionnaire distributed to 50 visitors who come to Balaputra Dewa museum and observation. The data were analyzed by using descriptive in qualitative term method. The result showed that Balaputra Dewa museum has public facilities classified into four: toilets, canteens, mushola, and parking lot.
