- The writing of the final report is aimed to know whether the Management of Resources and the use of Working Capital on the company has been effectively and how the level of profitability of the company. The source and the use of Working Capital is the analysis of the financial report that aims to get information about the change in working capital of the company and the reasons for the change. The data used by the author is the financial report of the company for the last 4 years (2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016). Based on data observed, authors found some issues namely the excess working capital in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 so that the profit obtained the hospital is not optimal because the opportunity to obtain the profit is not useful enough. Based on this author gives advice to the hospital to improve the ability to manage the resources and the use of working capital also working capital needs and fulfill the obligations in the short term so that the excess funds that cause the funds were not productive can be addressed and the company can maximize profits gain. And increase the activity of the financial performance to the level of profitability of the company more effective and the company get a better profitability in the following years
