- The purpose of this Final Report is to create a Geographic Information System for the Distribution of Web-Based Health Service Facilities at Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. This system will facilitate the Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu in processing data and public health center will easily access the valid information about the location of health centers in the Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. System development methods used in making this Final Report is a waterfall method that consists of system analysis, design, coding, and results. This system is built using PHP programming language that is integrated with Google Maps API platform and MySQL database. This system has two users consisting of Admin Dinas Kesehatan which will perform data input of puskesmas and Admin of Puskesmas which do input data of human health resource. While the public can only see information in the system in the form of data of puskesmas, distribution map of puskesmas and amount of health human resources data at each public health center.
