BERBASIS WEB</title><creator>SEPTIANI, ARI</creator><subject>T Technology (General)</subject><description>The purpose of writing this final report is to create an Web Based Application of Civil Servants Promotion Data Processing at Kantor Camat Ilir Barat I Palembang. In this application, Staffing Unit who served as administrator to perform work unitdata processing, employee data, SKP data and promotion proposal. The Appraisal Officer will get information on the SKP data that needs to be assessed and provide an objective assessment of the employees in order to complete the SKP assessment data. Then the employee will get the printout of SKP sheets and Letter of Promotion. The method used in writing this report is using waterfall analysis method. As for creating the application using PHP programming language and MySQL database. This system is divided into two parts namely the form for staffing unit and form for Appraiser Officials. This data processing produces output in the form of Employee Performance Target (SKP) and Letter of Promotion.
