- The purpose of writing this Final Report is to make an Application Of Mail Delivery Service And Package At Pt. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Palembang With Android Technology where Customer can directly booking make a booking using menu Request Costumer, display the History, and display Customer Profil. As for the Service Department can perfomances the data delivery processing, display the customer data, display destination, and customer’s confirmation orders. The method used for preparing this report is using Rational Unified Process (RUP) development method. The process used to design this system is to make the design by using Unifed Modeling Language (UML) and using Java programming language and MySQL database. This system is divided into three parts, namely the form for the Service, Customer and form for Head Office. The development of this System will result in data output of mail delivery customers and packages for Service department and Head of Office. With the creation of this system is expected to facilitate the Customers in letters and Packages delivery.
