  • The purpose of writing this final report to find out how the students perception on purchasing decision iPhone smartphone Apple brand (Case Study of The Students at Business Administration of Polytechnic Sriwijaya).Methods of data collection using questionnaires and field research through library research.The analysis datatools using 8 dimensions of perception, namely product performance, product reliability, product features, durability, comformance, servicebility, aesthetic, perceived quality and purchasing decisions. The data is processed by using the percentage formula andscoring interpretation.The result is a dimension of improved ability is the lowest dimension of 64%, because Apple Service Center outlet has not been provided for many consumers. The highest product performance dimension to 83%, because the performance of Apple's iPhone brand smartphone products have a high quality. The most dominant dimension is the dimensions of iPhone smartphone product performance that always improve the quality of the products owned. Apple's iPhone brand smartphone should provide more Apple Service Center outlets that benefit consumers.
