- This purpose of this research is to result of the influence of Local Own Sources Revenue, and Budget Financing Surplus to the Capital Expenditure partially and simultaneously. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. This research data in the form of secondary data in the form of Budget Realization and Expenditure Report of Regional Office of Transportation of South Sumatera Province for fiscal year 2013-2016. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 23.0 software. The result of the research shows that (1) Local Own Sources Revenue has positive and partially significant effect to Capital Expenditure (2) Budget Financing Surplus has positive and partially significant effect on Capital Expenditure (3) Local Own Sources Revenue and Budget Financing Surplus has significant effect simultaneously to Capital Expenditure.
