The excessive heat losses contained in the exhaust gases of combustion are one of them. Exhaust gas temperature is still too large will reduce the efficiency of the boiler. So to overcome the waste. Excessive exhaust gas temperatures can be recovered for the problem economizer uses as a means of reducing the temperature of the gas raising the feed water temperature in the economizer by passing the exhaust gas and then measuring the temperature of the flue gas and feed water temperature. After done the calculation then got the value of flue gas with economizer equal to 9088,4591 kcal and without economizer equal to 11507,0167 kcal.
