  • The purpose of this final report is to know, understand and learn the importance of discipline in improving the working performance of employees in PT Arjuna Mas Abadi. The problem that was found by writer is how the application of disciplined work to improve the performance of office workers at PT Arjuna Mas Abadi. The data were collected from interviews and questionnaires, and there were analyzed by using the percentage formula. The Result and conclusions of the processing and analysis is that the application of PT Arjuna Mas Abadi still not running optimally because there is still a discipline employee’s who violate such regulations do not come one time, often out of the office during working hours, and is assessing performance is not optimal, and in assessing performance, employees are not aware of items considered by the company. There fore, the author recommends that companies to provide strict penalties for employees who violate the rules of discipline, so that corporate objectives can be informed of items that are rated by the company.
