- Operation of three phase induction motor speed control motors sometimes required as needed. To avoid such damage the motor speed can be adjusted as needed, by using an inverter. Using a frequency inverter input voltage to control the speed of motor rotation. The motor rotation speed setting can be done by changing the frequency of the potentiometer.
