Research manufacture of solid soap using cow abdominal fat (tallow) through saponification of NaOH at a concentration of 30% (w / v) in the ratio of raw materials and NaOH at 3:1. This study was conducted to determine the effect ratio coconut oil and corn oil on the quality of the soap and comparison of where the best and produce soaps according to SNI 06-3532-1994. The results showed that the increase in coconut oil composition affect the foam soap is produced, it is evident from the results of quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, organoleptic test sample by 20 people and obtained the optimum ratio of tallow, coconut oil, and corn oil at 50:30:20.
