Electronics Nuclear engineering</subject><description>The use of medical instruments especially wheelchair is very necessary for disabled people or people who had health problems made them impossible to use their feet to walk. However, the wheelchair still have limitations in movement and control now. The other problem is injury that sometimes occurs due to the crush between the wheelchair and the objects nearby.&#xD; Based on the problem, there arises an effective solution by using automatic control technology to control devices including wireless remote controls. Control wheelchair navigation system to go forward, backward, turn left and turn right done by pressing button on PT2262 transmitter on the remote control. Then received in the PT2272 receiver, the receiver provides output voltage applying a voltage to input voltage to the microcontroller ATmega16 then to give the command to drive a DC motor according to the information transmitted by the transmitter.
