Daftar Isi:
  • North coast area of Madura developed as a Madura Special Area (MSA), or in Indonesian called Kawasan Khusus Madura (KKM) with an area of ± 600 ha to support the container port in Tanjung Bulupandan as an extension and integrated system of Tanjung Perak Port, linked with the container port and Suramadu Bridge. This area develops industrial activities, warehousing, services and housing. The industrial area (201.5 ha), Warehousing area (161.3 ha), CBD area (78 ha) and Housing area (159.2 ha). The power supplies which available today, flows through Gresik of 80 MW, Gas Power Plant in East Gili of 30 MW, the total number of Madura Island's electricity approach 110 MW. This is lower than the number of demands, assuming the growing industrial area and production. Electricity in 2024 is estimated requires an additional 600 MW. The solution to solve this increasing demand for electricity is to use renewable energy plants such as Solar Cells Power Plant, Hydroelectric Power Plant, Coal Power Plant mixed kaliandra red wood. The government supports the use of solar power, for street lighting, solar panels on the roofs to provide independent power supply (1 square meter will generate 100 Watts of electricity at a cost 2 million). In Pamekasan, utilizing the earth's gravitational force in order to move the mechanical puller dynamo generator to produce electricity, amounting to 2,500 Watt will cost only 15 million rupiah. The kaliandra redwood which grown in Madura have a high value. Fuel in coal is mixed with wood pellets with co-firing or co-combustion systems added by grate stoker
