- The final report sand sieving machine design aimed as a condition of completing the study at the Department of Mechanical Engineering Polytechnic of Sriwijaya and to assist communities in improving the quality of the concrete was good. Sand is one of the factors that affect the quality of the concrete. Therefore, the quality is fairly good sand is a lot, then needed tool which helps in the sand sifting process more efficient both in manpower, time and in terms of better cost and efficient. From the data in the machine can sieve the sand that created this takes approximately 24 minutes for each 1m3 sifting sand. From these results sufficiently showed better efficiency so that the target to create a tool that is useful and more efficiency could otherwise have been achieved.
