- The title of this last report is Building Plan of Suzanna Babyshop Palembang. The purpose of this final report is to plan the reinforced concrete building structure by fulfilling the structure safety requirements using SNI–03–2748–2002 about concrete structure. The under review loads for the plan refers to Indonesia’s Loading Regulation for 1983 building and for the analysis calculation, author using some methodes such as: Struktur Beton Bertulang by Istimawan Dipohusodo, Dasar – Dasar Perencanaan Beton Bertulang Planning by W.C Vis and Gideon Kusuma. And pengelolaan manajemen menggunakan Manajemen Proyek Konstruksi by Wulfram I Ervianto for the management arrangements. Suzanna Babyshop Palembang building has 49 meters x 20 meters land area and 980 m2 building area, consists of 4 floors using reinforced concrete structures material specifications using fc’ 25 MPa concrete’s quality, 300 Mpa steel’s quality. Using SAP 2000 14 version for the field result moment (M), Normal (N), shear force (D) and axial againts its own weight and life load for the structure analysis. Then counts the plate, beam, column, and foundation with manual analysis. This report also counts the budget plan and project implementation time.
