  • The purpose of this final report is to know the role of channels distribution at PT Rasa Prima Selaras Palembang in line with the increasing of sales volume of ice cream “walls”. It is also to know that obstacles sales volume in Rasa Prima Selaras Company faced. The data was collected directly from Rasa Prima Selaras, it is analysed by using qualitative descriptive. This report used coefficient correlation which is analysed with correlation pearson and determination coefficient to find out the role of channel distribution in increasing the sales volume. The result found that the role of channels distribution as 94%. It means that channels distribution has great role in increasing of sales volume.
