- Each operation of 3 phase induction motor which used as driver will produce losses, losses that generated will affect the efficiency of the motor. The final report is to calculate the efficiency of 3 phase induction motor which used as the driver of turbine enclosure fan. The calculation is performed through a case Study on LM6000 WIKA gas power plant. Based on the results of the calculation then revealed the input power the 3 phase induction motor is measured at 94.74 kW while the motor output power of turbine enclosure fan motor A is 83.82 kW and turbine enclosure fan motor B is 84.33 kW The authors concluded that the efficiency of three-phase induction motors that used as the driver of turbine enclosure fan at LM6000 WIKA gas power plant is 89.12% in the turbine enclosure fan motor A and 90.44% in the turbine enclosure fan motor B.
