- The object of this final report is Distro Termurah Palembang which located at Jl. Mayor Salim Batubara Ruko-06 RT.14 RW.06 Kelurahan 20 Ilir Kecamatan Kemuning, Palembang. The data of company were collected through interview, observation and library research. The writer find some problems, the increasing of operating expenses is not followed by the increasing of net profit. This company also is illiqiuid. This is caused of the amount of cash in this company is too low if we compare with the ability. Based of that problems, the writer try to give a suggestion for company. The company should recheck the allocation of working capital and increase the selling of that company. And also make the expenses budget for efficiency the expense. The company should make the plan of source and utilization of cash in order to the amount of cash in this company can be controlled base on needs and also be able to pay the debt before due date. So the operational activity of this company can be better.
