- This final report purposed to know financial performance in PT Astra Agro Lestari (Persero) Tbk if it is measured by Economic Value Added, Market Value Added and Q-Tobin Based. The writter used secunder datas in writting this final report included financial statements in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015, company overview and the company organizational structure. After writter did analysis calculation with Economic Value Added based measurement so for period 2011 -2015 above the standard its EVA > 0 showed that financial performances was goodly considered where the company had succeded in creating value added for the company evcept in 2010 where value of EVA < 0 its mean management cannot to creating value added for the company. Analysis calculation with Market Value Added based measurement so for period 2010 - 2015 above the standard its MVA > 0 showed that financial performances was goodly considere. Analysis calculation with Q–Tobin based measurement so for period 2011 -2015 above the standard its Q-Tobin > 0 showed that financial performances was goodly considered. In conclusion, the company should improve and maintain the financial performance every year in order to better and maximize the rate of return on capital in the future.
