- This research aimed to know the influence of the implementation Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) financial on the quality of financial report on Entity Financial Management and Regional Assets (BPKAD) Palembang city. The research of using primary data gathered from a questionnaire. The sample in this research was 15 people in the accounting subsections and 15 people in Budget subsections. The simple linear regression analysis was the technique of analysis of this research. Research Results showed that the implementation regional management information system (SIMDA) financial was influenced to the quality of financial report on Entity Financial Management and Regional Assets (BPKAD) Palembang city. The results of the regression equation obtained model coefficient of determination R2 of 0.449 it was the meaning of 44.9% quality of financial report on Entity Financial Management and Regional Assets (BPKAD) Palembang city was influenced by implementation regional management information system (SIMDA) financial Palembang city . As for the suggestions offered researchers that should BPKAD Palembang city need to improve human resources accounting ir finance with respect to the unstanding and knowledge of SIMDA.
