- The purpose of this study is to know the influence of Regional Revenue Effectiveness ratio (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), and Share Allocation Fund (DBH) simultaneously and partially on the level of Regional Financial Independence. Population and samples in this research are regency and city in the province of Bengkulu that published APBD reports and realization of APBD for the year 2010-2013 in www.djpk.depkeu.go.id site. The analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The result show of PAD, DAK, DAU, DBH simultaneously has positive and significant impact on the level of regional financial independence. In partial the effectiveness ratio of PAD, DAU and DBH has no influence and no significant impact on the level of regional financial independence. DAK has negative influence and significant impact on the level of regional financial independence.
