- Final report was made aiming to find supervision in shippling of employee present list, assigment distribution and authority that happened a double conducted at Hotel Best Skip Palembang, located at street Mayor Salim Batubara No. 224 Palembang. Authors collected data by interview and observation. Data used in analysing the problem is the internal control structure.some of the problem that may result in the delivery of monitoring employee attendance sheet, the devision of tasks and responsibilities that occur geminating assigment sheet, the devision of tasks and responsibilities that occur geminating assignment and authorization has not been done completely wellin the payroll procedise to fix this problem, the company should implement a good internal control structure, the separation of the correspoonding organizational structure in accordance with the authoriry and authorization are performadeby a general section that wage rates are given appropriate decision authorities, and prevent fraud committed by the purpose who are not responsible.
