- This study was aimed to know the effect of tax service, taxpayer awareness and knowledge of taxation on the compliance of land and building tax payment in District of Ilir Barat II, Palembang, South Sumatera. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data. The results showed that tax service had no significant effect on taxpayer compliance, however, taxpayer awareness and knowledge of taxation had positive significant effect on taxpayer compliance of land and building tax payment, partially. The simultant effet showed that tax service, taxpayer awareness and knowledge of taxation affected positively and significantly on the compliance of land and building tax payment in District of Ilir Barat II, Palembang, South Sumatra.
