- The title of this final report is Planning Building Kader Nations University (UKB) Palembang. Kader Bangsa University building is planned to be built as high as 5 floors with a total area of 5500 m2 berlokasikan entire building at JL. Mayjend H.M Ryacudu 88 Palembang, South Sumatra. We plan and calculate the building is based on the underlying data and supporting data. Primary data collected from observations in the field of planning and supporting data were analyzed using the formula of several books. The count of Structure will finish with steps that is : Planning of roof construction, planning of beam, planning of coloum, planning of sloof, planning of foundation, stair, portal,and planning of floor plate. The condution of that structure is safe and eligible, purpose this building will need complete data and reference book.
