The purpose of this final report is to know produce U clamp plate on the mast antenna pipe with a thickness of 1 mm and made of aluminum. At the U pipe clamp plate antenna there is a component that serves as pencekam. To produce plate in large quantities, use progressive press tool type tool. In making the clamp plate U process used are notching, pierching, parting, and bending in three stations. To design and manufacture, the important thing to note is the style of cutting and formation, clearance, dimension dies, the emphasis shank and the capacity of the press machine. Material products are aluminum alloy 3000 series with 1mm thick.
