The Influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) Toward to Stock Price In the Food and Baverages Company Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2011-2014 Riski Ananda, 2016 (xv + 54 pages) Email: riskiananda780@yahoo.co.id This study aims to identify how the Current Ratio (CR) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) simultaneously and partially influenced the stock price. Variables used in this study is the Current Ratio (X1) Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) and Net Profit Margin (X3) as the independent variable and stock price (Y) as the dependent variable. The samples used in this study is the company Food and Baverages listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange actively traded from 2011 to 2014 as many as 10 company premises. The sampling method used is proposive sampling the sampling is based on certain criteria. Statistical methods used in this research is multiple linear regression method. The results showed that the variable Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) simultaneously significant effect to predict the stock price is going to be traded and partially Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) partially significant effect to predict the stock price is going to be
